I went in on my lunch break to get a quick line up. I did not mind having to wait 20 mins to be served because I did not have an appointment. What truly bothered me about my overall experience is that all three technicians were less than friendly and behaved as if they did not want to serve me. No one spoke when I entered. One of the technicians was helping someone at the register. I stood behind that gentleman waiting to ask if I could be seen today. Once finished with that transaction the technician walked away from the register and pointed for me to sign in on the computer. The tall younger female technician with glasses had a dry, unwelcoming tone as if she did not want to be at work. Once I was the last guest in the building she turned her back to me and whispered to the other technician. I learned at the end of my service that the line up was free. That was a pleasant surprise, but overall my experience was not very pleasant. I chose to spend my break time with this business for a service I could honestly perform for myself. I chose to patronize for quick pleasant experience, and that is not what I received.

Funny how people only care to complain and cry here.. I signed in and my turn came exactly when the wait time stated, that means a lot to a busy person like myself! Great haircut with MVP. I’ll will try to start coming weekend now!

Went in today to get a haircut. It's 2:52 PM, they asked if I did a reservation online, I said no. Then they told me they aren't taking anyone else in. The store hours are 9-6 today, so why did I get turned down 3 hours before closing...sad
